The
Tiaki Taiao group is on a vision quest. We are collecting students' feelings, ideas
and opinions on our school environment to help us to create a vision map for
our school.
Last week: Words that describe areas in our
school.
We put a map up in the library and asked students to add describing words to the map to show how they feel about areas in our school.
They wrote their words on stickers and added them to the map.
Today we analysed the results and planned our next step. We also finished making the badges we started earlier in the year. Thanks Whaea Lindsey for bring the badge maker in!
This week: Places in our school.
This week students will be asked to add
a coloured sticker to the area in the school they think is most:
- Over-used, crowded,
noisy
- Fun
- Quiet, peaceful, safe
- Disused, neglected
